Temple Sheriff’s Deputies stop suspicious vehicle, thwart burglary attempts of four male black suspects in Rosemead.
At approximately 11:45AM yesterday, deputies assigned to Temple Station responded to a “suspicious persons in a vehicle” call, at Muscatel Avenue and Valley Boulevard, in the city of Rosemead. Deputies located the vehicle, initiated a traffic stop, and detained the four male black occupants in the vehicle.
As the situation unfolded and more information became available via informants and witnesses, Deputies learned the suspects attempted to break into two separate residences in the area. They also found the vehicle driven by the suspects was stolen several days prior and used in a burglary in the Los Angeles area.
All four suspects were arrested for attempted burglary, among other charges, and transported to and booked at Temple Sheriff’s Station. Several burglary tools and other evidence was recovered from the suspect’s and the stolen vehicle. LASD detectives will be conducting further investigation.
