Visitor Hotline Opens Monday with Parade Ticket Contest

The Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau will open their 31st annual Visitor Hotline on Monday morning, allowing Pasadena visitors to get free and easy assistance with everything from modified parking restrictions to dining to Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game questions.

When the phone lines officially open at 9:00 a.m. on Monday following a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Rose Queen Madison Elaine Triplett and the Royal Court will answer some of the hotline’s first calls. A contest will also be held via social media allowing hotline followers to win free Rose Parade tickets. Contestants can find out more and enter by following the hotline on Twitter @VisitPasadenaCA or on Facebook or Instagram after the line opens Monday morning.

The hotline can be reached at (877) 793-9911 and will be in operation until January 2nd. Its full hours of operation are as follows:

Monday, Dec. 29: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 30: 8 a.m.  – 4 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 31: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 1-Friday, Jan. 2: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
