250 Thanksgiving turkeys prepared for homeless at Pasadena Convention Center

On Monday and Tuesdpress-release-turkey-2016-3ay November 21st and 22nd 2016, the Pasadena Convention Center and Centerplate will prepare 250 to help support the Union Station Homeless Services’ annual Dinner-in-the-Park event, which will feed thousands thanks to the help of volunteers and key partners of the event.

press-release-turkey-2016-2The Pasadena Center Operating Company is a nonprofit corporation  formed by the City of Pasadena to to manage the Pasadena Convention Center, the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, the Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau  and the Pasadena Ice Skating Center.

Centerplate is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at the Pasadena Convention Center. For more than 80 years Center plate has a proven track record of serving top tier centers and event.

Media including photographers and camera crews will have access to the preparation process at 10:00am on Tuesday November 22nd. The Chef will also be avaliable for on camera interviews
