Making national news today, an El Monte School Board member was killed in Mexico as he visited family over the holidays. Apparently the restaurant where 33 year old Augustin “Bobby” Salcedo was dining with his wife and friends was stormed by armed gunmen who rounded up six men in the restaurant including Salcedo.
