Pasadena city officials say that on Saturday, April 14 from 5:00 to 11:30 p.m. the city will hold the “626 Night Market.” They say the event will feature an free Asian street fair adventure located on Oakland Ave. between Colorado Blvd. and Union St.
City representatives say since the San Gabriel Valley is home to a large and diverse Asian population full of ethnic restaurants and businesses, they now want to give them the notoriety that they deserve. They say the “626 Night Market” is designed to be a fun evening for all ages to authentically experience Asian food selections or to buy Oriental inspired clothing, electronic accessories, toys, cosmetics, jewelry and more retail items.
The “626 Night Market” is co-sponsored by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, and the City of Pasadena Economic Development Division.
