Pasadena city officials say on Saturday, January 12th, the 12th Annual “Rekindling the Light of Peace” will be ignited at Pasadena City Council Chambers. They say this wonderful celebration of unity will kick off the city’s week long commemoration of the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
City administrators say this event will feature keynote speakers such as Cameron Turner, a columnist and broadcaster and KNBC’s broadcaster, Fred Roggin.
This morning venue will start at 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and is free for the public. The Pasadena City Council Chambers is located at 100 North Garfield Avenue in the city of Pasadena.
