Police say 300 marijuana plants were found in a house where the door was left open in the city of Arcadia. They say the indoor, illegal plants were discovered on Thursday at 7:34 p.m.
Authorities say initially the Humane Society was called because of some threatening dogs at the residence, but police responded to the incident, instead. They say the officers knocked on the door, but there wasn’t any response. So, the policemen entered the unlocked home and found the pot plants, say officials. They say the case is being further investigated and no one has been arrested at this time.
