Arena Cinema Features “A Stranger in Paradise”

Local movie-goers can catch the company’s action love story A Stranger In Paradise at the Arena Cinema in Hollywood between February 14 to 20. The film, which was directed by Corrado Boccia and stars Colin Egglesfield (Something Borrowed), Stuart Townsend (The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen) and Oscar nominated Catalina Sandino Moreno (Maria Full of Grace), is playing in select theaters throughout the country. The Thai mafia-esque thriller follows the plight of a man, who on the verge of making partner, has his life turned upside down when the SEC investigates the head of his multibillion-dollar hedge fund for insider trading. Forced into a well-timed not-wanted “vacation” he finds himself in Bangkok with a price on his head, a morally ambiguous brother who is knee deep into the Thai mafia, and a propensity for getting shot at. Unfortunately the only way out is to give up information he doesn’t know he has.

Benetone Hillin Entertainment (BHE), a merging of Hillin Entertainment USA and Benetone Films, the largest foreign film production company in Thailand, is poised to become a one-stop-shop for everything production related in the United States and Asia. The newly formed international production and servicing company is a strategic partnering of Santa Monica based Daemon Hillin who serves as President of Production and oversees the domestic arm of the company and brothers Rachvin and Kulthep Narula who remain on site in Thailand.
