Robinson Project’s Committee Invites Community to Share Ideas

By Anna Buss

The Robinson Park Recreation Center Renovation Project Steering Committee is calling community members to attend its monthly assemblage to share ideas for the upcoming project. The gathering is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th at the Jackie Robinson Center, starting at 6 p.m.

The project has moved to its designing phase, and now the Department of Public Works plans to recommend awarding a contract for Professional Design Services during the City Council meeting on March 3rd. The contractor had been selected during a pre-proposal conference at the community center in December.

The agenda should be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at http://cityofpasadena.net/PublicWorks/Robinson_Park_Recreation_Center_Renovation_Project/.

Robinson Park Steering Committee Meeting is scheduled to happen every 4th Tuesday of every month at the Jackie Robinson Community Center.
