A girl abducted over fourteen years ago by her mother was found last week. Police arrested Jessica Click-Hill’s mother, 52 year old Wendy Hill in Monrovia on Thursday. Jessica was 8 years old when her father, Dean Click reported her missing in 1995 from her bay area home. The girl has been living on her own since she became an adult.
