An At Risk Missing Person alert for a 47-year-old man was issued by the Arcadia Police Department Monday night.

Frederick Richard Wagner was reported missing by his family members after being released from the Methodist Hospital of Southern California Monday. Wagner had been admitted to Methodist Hospital on August 2 to receive psychological and medical health evaluations. He requires medication for a known mental condition.
Wagner is a white male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 180 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen by his family wearing a blue shirt and tan shorts on August 2, but it is possible he may not be wearing those clothes now.
Arcadia Police Department is handling the search and asks anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Wagner to contact the department at (626)574-5151 or the Watch Commander at (626)574-5156.
