The Pasadena Police Department says they are in the spirit of the holiday season as they will be delivering Christmas trees to local families in Pasadena on Saturday, December 8th.
They say these trees were generously donated from parishioners of St. Mark’s Parish in Pasadena and Pastor Carri Grindon. The PPD say the trees will be pickup at St. Mark’s Parish by members of their department and will be distributed around the city to families who wouldn’t have the opportunity to enjoy a Christmas tree this year.
Authorities say recipients for these trees may have either signed up or were referred by police officers and community members.
